The corporate manager is the brain of the company, shaping its goals and strategies, it is the energy of the company, their task is to manage resources and change in the company.

HR manager is a professional responsible for the recruitment and development of personnel within a company in accordance with its corporate objectives and specifics, whose main task is to improve the quality and efficiency of the main resource of any organization - personnel.

Graduates of this program will be able to demonstrate: Studying on the educational program "Management" at AlmaU will enable you to possess knowledge and skills to use practical tools of business process management, plan and implement activities aimed at their implementation; analyze company resources and manage them effectively; mobilize knowledge, skills and abilities in the organization of managerial activities; make managerial decisions related to the functioning and optimization of managerial activities.

Key disciplines:

Strategic management: The discipline allows to form strategic thinking, to analyse, enterprise activity; to determine principles, methods of analysis of company activity for making strategic decisions. In addition, to consider the organization as a system of interrelated elements; to choose a priority and foresee several options for the development of the organization.

Project management: The discipline allows to form theoretical knowledge and practical skills in project management; to produce project scheduling and construction of network schedules, to develop project objective, to carry out the procedure of structural division of works and sequence of their implementation, to develop project organizational structure.

Kaizen:  The discipline allows to formulate Kaizen concepts, to apply Kaizen principles and Six Sigma concept in the development of applied projects, to form skills of organizing Kaizen breakthroughs to improve business management efficiency.

Organizational behavior: You will know the specifics of organizational behavior, basic concepts, master micro and macro approaches to organizational behavior, organizational behavior factors and how they can be used to address organizational goals. You will be able to adequately apply models and approaches of organizational behavior theory to problems related to organizational behavior management; have an understanding of organizational behavior methodology, the variety of theories and factors of organizational behavior. The discipline provides students with the skills to use a minimum of practical techniques to influence employee organizational behavior.

Business Process Management: The discipline provides theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of business process management, mastering the basics of design, modelling, analysis and management of business processes. Understand how to manage the efficiency of business processes, perform process transformation and organization, and become familiar with the methodology for measuring and analyzing business process performance.

Personnel Evaluation and Compensation and Benefits: The discipline enables you to know: the concepts of evaluation criteria; compensation and benefits, groups, types, and levels of personnel performance evaluation criteria; the process of developing personnel performance evaluation criteria; requirements for the developed evaluation criteria; methods of personnel performance evaluation. You will be able to: analyze practical examples of performance appraisal, compensation and benefits in organizations and form your opinion. You will be able to master the development of evaluation criteria and apply the studied methods of evaluation, compensation and benefits; apply evaluation methods for the development of an effective motivation system and achievement of strategic goals of the organization
