The mission of the educational program «Management»: to contribute to the development of society, forming successful and effective managers of a new formation with modern professional and personal competencies

The purpose of the educational program 7M04101 Management (scientific and pedagogical Master's degree): Formation of professional (scientific-pedagogical, scientific-research, methodological, managerial) competencies and personal qualities on the basis of mastering fundamental knowledge, methodologies of the system approach, modern analytical tools.

The purpose of the educational program 7M04110 Management (specialized Master's degree): Training of masters who possess modern conceptual knowledge in the field of management, who are able to apply modern methods of analytical and project-research activities to improve the efficiency of business processes of organizations.

The scope of activity of graduates after graduation:
specialized areas: middle managers and senior managers at industrial enterprises, enterprises in the field of business, trade and services, consulting firms, HR-management
scientific-pedagogical direction: scientific and pedagogical personnel for the system of higher and postgraduate education and scientific sphere; specialists and managers of enterprises of different ownership forms, expert consultants in the field of management

Skills of a graduate of EP «Management»: Our graduate is able to navigate the trends of modern business development, make effective management decisions in conditions of uncertainty and risk, form team goals and motivate employees to achieve them, has the skills to conduct scientific research
