Educational and training seminar "Practice of project management based on the standard" PMI® PMBOK® Guide Fifth Edition"
As a part of cooperation agreement between the Union of project managers RK (further - Union) and the School of Finance and Management the educational and training seminar "Practice of project management based on the standard" PMI® PMBOK® Guide Fifth Edition" was held. It was conducted on campus from 29 January to 6 February 2016.
During the course, the following topics were covered: modern project management methodology, composition and structure of processes, areas of expertise. Each group of processes was presented in the form of an overview. Participants studied the tools and content management methods, timing, cost, risk, project resources. Also, project templates were observed and recommended for use.
In accordance with the Union’s official status of the PMI® Global Registered Education Provider (PMI® Global R.E.P.), participants received certificates of international standard with the assignment of 35 PDU (Professional Development Units). This amount is sufficient for further certification (exam) in order to be recognized at the level of Project Management Professional (PMP).
