Field lesson for students of 2-4 courses of OP 6B11301 – Logistics in "KTZE-Khorgos Gateway"

On October 24 and 26, 2023, the School of Management of the Educational Institution "Almaty Management University" organized a two–day field lesson for students of 2-4 courses of OP 6B11301 - Logistics in "KTZE-Khorgos Gateway", the purpose of which was to familiarize with transport and logistics activities and the real work of the Dry Port.
KTZE-Khorgos Gateway - the largest dry port in Central Asia was established in 2015 under the Nurly Zhol program and is a kind of alternative to maritime logistics hubs.
At the terminal site, under the guidance of the Director of the Department of Production Omarov M., students got acquainted with the operational work of KTZE-Khorgos Gateway in the field of processing, storage and transshipment of goods traveling across the Kazakh-Chinese border.
