Neuromarketing and Neuromanagement Laboratory of the School of Management on September 14-15 at the 5th Consultative Meeting of the Heads of Central Asia in Dushanbe
On September 14-15, the 5th Consultative Meeting of the heads of Central Asia was held in Dushanbe. At this meeting, the presidents were presented with the Neuromarketing and Neuromanagement Laboratory of the School of Management. Our Laboratory is the first and the only laboratory in Kazakhstan to date that uses advanced tools such as eye-tracker (a device for tracking eye movement), facereader (a device for analyzing facial expressions) and gsr (a galvanic sensor for measuring the level of emotional arousal) to understand the hidden reactions and emotional responses of research participants.
These technologies allow us to more accurately determine which aspects of advertising, product or management decisions cause positive or negative emotional reactions among consumers and employees. The lab's research helps companies optimize their strategies to achieve more effective results and improve customer and employee satisfaction.
